Your system administrator can restrict the number of rows that you can see in the event list, and give you the ability to change the number of rows that are displayed, within a defined range. These permissions are configured in the View Builder.
The following figure shows an event list where the system administrator has permitted the user to display between 10 and 30 events, as indicated by the Top [10-30] field label. In the adjacent field, the user has chosen to display 20 events.

To change the number of rows that are displayed, enter the required number in the Top [Min - Max] field. This number must fall within the limits specified by the miminum-to-maximum range.
If the field label reads Top [FIXED], you cannot change the number of events displayed.
If the field label reads Top [OFF], there is no restriction on the number of events displayed.
