You can escalate events in the event list if, for example, you need to call attention to the events so that different levels of support staff can manage them. Escalating and de-escalating events works in conjunction with the Escalated event list filter.
To escalate or de-escalate selected events, click , and then select an escalation level from the submenu. Escalated events appear in the Escalated monitor box.
To remove the escalated status from selected events, click .
